Abstract: Jorge de Lima, throughout his literary journey, left behind great works that today are returning
to space within an environment of dozens of other works by different authors within
Modernism. In the case of this work more specifically, attention is directed to the invention of
Orpheus (1952), which is configured as a work that still lacks a greater amount of critical
observation, mainly because it addresses these Brazilian problems. The investigation began
with the principle that in this work a hybrid style is observed, which is developed especially in
two orientations: in the first, we deal with the mixture of the epic and the lyrical, since it is
possible to verify in Orpheus' invention a subversion of the epic and lyrical genres, because
such limits are constantly strained in the poetic creation of the work; In the second, we observe
the intersection of historical discourse with literary discourse, because by proposing to recover
events and historical figures in the country, the poet poetically reconstructs the narratives of the
founding of Brazil. For this, the poem 31 of Canto I of the aforementioned work was analyzed
more carefully, which allows us to perceive in an exemplary way the mixture of the lyrical and
epic genres, as well as the intersections of literature with history, as well as the aesthetic
procedures used by the author that brings the work to a high and very effective diction. The
main objective of the work, then, was to discuss the aesthetic prejudices found in this rereading
of the country's history in this work, considering that Jorge de Lima is considered one of the
modernist authors who experimented most with poetic forms and dictates, traditional as those
of his generation. As theoretical references, this work used texts that discuss the intersection
between history and literature, such as Hayden White (1992; 1994), Paul Ricoeur (1997),
Acízelo (1999), as well as texts that discuss how Brazilian modernist literature rewritten The
narratives of Brazilian colonization, such as Oliveira (2001) and Cándido (1999).

Abstract: The literary literacy is a practice that is not developed only through the reading of texts,
but rather through the formation of readers capable of understanding, interpreting, and
reflecting on literary works. Therefore, it is important to promote these skills with a view
to the critical and civic formation of students, seeking approaches that awaken interest
and bring the reader closer with the text, expanding their cultural repertoire. Based on the
basic sequence established by Cosson (2009), regarding the process of literary literacy,
we highlight the following stages: motivation, introduction, reading, and interpretation.
The works “Preciosidade” and “Dafne” are narratives that address harassment,
persecution, abuse of power, female stereotypes, and the position of women in society.
Although they are distinct in terms of nationality, time period, and authorship, both seem
to denounce something in common, despite their particularities. Thus, this study aims to
promote a proposal for literary literacy for high school, supported by the contributions of
the BNCC and the theoretical foundations of Candido (1995), Rouxel (2012), Todorov
(2020), among others. The methodological approach guiding this study is bibliographic,
consisting of research based on existing works. We consider that our analysis of the works
makes it possible to establish relationships between the narratives, highlighting the
characters and the transformations they went in the face of the harassment they suffered,
and showing the impact of these events on the way the victims begin to perceive
themselves and behave in the world. With a focus on the critical and ethical formation of
young people, this study seeks to demonstrate the importance of working with themes
that involve social issues, in order to promote reflection and empathy, thereby developing
critical and civic consciousness.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the protagonism of Potiguara women through their stories of
struggle, analyze the pedagogical practices carried out by female teachers, and present their
contributions to Indigenous Education with differentiated teaching. Methodologically, this
research adopts a qualitative approach based on action research and employed bibliographic
and field research as its procedures. For the bibliographic research, we relied on Bakke
(2002), Braga (2021), Gomes (2021), Santos (2021), and Pereira (2020). Regarding the field
research, we attended several meetings of the Potiguara Narratives and Anama:
Strengthening Indigenous Youth projects, as well as made some visits to Pedro Poti School.
As for the research corpus, we analyzed testimonies of Potiguara women about Indigenous
education and differentiated teaching, along with transcriptions of audio recordings
containing the answers to the applied questionnaire. In conclusion, we found that the
protagonism of these women contributed significantly to the appreciation of Indigenous
education with differentiated teaching. However, many actions still need to be carried out
beyond the school environment.
