Abstract: The perception of hospitality in urban green areas is significantly influenced by infrastructure and service provision. In the context of João Pessoa, Paraíba, a city experiencing rapid growth and increasing tourism demand, the preservation and enhancement of urban green spaces are crucial for promoting hospitality. This study aims to assess the role of Parque Sólon de Lucena and Praça da Paz in fostering hospitality within the city. To achieve this objective, a comprehensive research methodology was employed, including a literature review, field observations, and a survey of park users. The survey utilized a semi-structured questionnaire to&#xD;
gather data on user perceptions, infrastructure, and services. The findings indicate a need for improvements in infrastructure and service provision to enhance the overall hospitality experience. Specifically, Parque Sólon de Lucena was perceived as offering better infrastructure and, consequently, a higher level of hospitality compared to Praça da Paz. This study not only contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of urban green spaces in&#xD;
promoting hospitality but also paves the way for future research and the implementation of strategies to optimize these spaces for the benefit of both residents and visitors.

Abstract: Female entrepreneurship has emerged as a transformative force in the global market, especially in the tourism sector. This study analyzed female entrepreneurship in tourism in Paraíba, focusing on the success story "Doces Tambaba". The objective was to analyze female entrepreneurship in tourism in Paraíba, based on the success story "Doces Tambaba". The method adopted consisted of a descriptive exploratory case study, using a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and document analysis. The results indicated that the success of the enterprise depended on overcoming financial and logistical&#xD;
challenges, faced with creativity and resilience. Innovative strategies, such as the creation of the "Shopping Rural", were essential to promote local products. Support networks, such as Sebrae, and training actions were crucial to the growth of the business. Sustainable practices integrated into the enterprise strengthened the local economy and regional culture. The study concluded that "Doces Tambaba" was an example of how female entrepreneurship in tourism transformed challenges into economic opportunities and added value to cultural development and regional identity. In addition to selling products, founder Maria das Neves, known as&#xD;
Nevinha, integrated community support practices, promoting cultural and economic ties.

Abstract: Municipal tourism councils are identified as significant participatory spaces for the management of  tourism in a destination, contributing to the formulation of public policies, decision-making and  strengthening of governance. However, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of this space, it is necessary to understand the actors that are part of it, their role in the council and their relationships, whether they are from the first, second or third sector. This paper aims to analyze the Municipal Tourism Council of Itambé/PE and its contribution to local tourism development based on the perception of its members. This is a descriptive, exploratory, bibliographical, documentary and field research, with a qualitative approach, limited to the city of Itambé, Pernambuco, and the field of the Municipal Tourism Council of Itambé. It was concluded through the analysis of the reading of the minutes of meetings, interviews and interaction networks, that the Municipal Tourism Council of Itambé changed the scenario so that there are more opportunities for tourism in the city, despite the lack of resources or greater action by the executive branch, perceived and exposed by the councilors themselves, and that the trust established between them and the influence of each one on the other representations, is important for the actions developed in tourism in Itambé.

Abstract: The study aims to explore the history of football in João Pessoa and analyze how the sport can be leveraged for the region's tourism development. The focus is on identifying strategies that value football as a cultural element and promoter of local tourism, contributing to the economy and cultural identity of Paraíba. The research used a qualitative approach, including content analysis and semi-structured interviews with significant figures in Paraíba’s football scene. Among the interviewees are Fábio Henrique Alves, the author of a biography of a historic Paraíba player, and Luciano Queiroz, a former player and current coach. These interviews sought to understand the interviewees' perspectives on football's impact on local culture and &#xD;
tourism. The study revealed that football has a significant cultural and economic impact in Paraíba. Local clubs and players, such as Botafogo-PB and athlete Mazinho, exemplify how Paraíba’s football connects with tourism. Sporting events attract fans and tourists, generating economic activity, positively impacting local commerce, hospitality, and food services. Moreover, the visibility of Paraíba players on national and international stages increases interest in João Pessoa as a tourist destination. Football in Paraíba is more than a sport; it is a source of regional identity and pride that can be explored for tourism. The research suggests that investments in infrastructure and the promotion of sporting events are essential for establishing &#xD;
the region as a sports tourism destination. Additionally, the study proposes a stronger integration between sports and tourism to harness football’s potential for João Pessoa’s cultural and economic promotion.
