Abstract: Environmental  Education  is  considered  an  important  component  for  civic  development  and &#xD;
sustainable development. However, its implementation still faces significant challenges for its &#xD;
consolidation  in  the  school  context.  Studies  show  gaps  in  consolidated  practices  by &#xD;
management when attempting to integrate EE in a transversal and effective manner into the &#xD;
curriculum and pedagogical actions. The general objective of this research is to discuss the &#xD;
strategies developed by the management of state schools to implement environmental education &#xD;
in  the  municipality  of  Mamanguape.  The  specific  objectives  sought  to  describe  developed &#xD;
actions,  the  challenges  faced  by  managers,  and  the  systematization  of  planned  strategies  to &#xD;
integrate  EE  into  the  school  environment.  The  research  was  characterized  as  qualitative, &#xD;
descriptive, and applied, developed as a multiple case study, with semi-structured interviews &#xD;
conducted in person with managers from four state schools. The results indicated that, despite

    <summary type="text">Título: Otimização da distribuição de materiais em um tribunal de justiça: aplicação do PERT/CPM  para análise de prazos logísticos.

Abstract: The application of the PERT/CPM technique is of great relevance, given the need for detailed &#xD;
analysis of the factors that impact the material distribution process, highlighting, among them, &#xD;
the Critical Path. The general objective of this research was to analyze the material distribution &#xD;
processes in a Court of Justice based on the application of PERT/CPM techniques. Specifically, &#xD;
it sought to: (i) map the activities of the material distribution process, identifying times and &#xD;
dependencies; (ii) construct a Network Diagram based on the mapped activities; (iii) determine &#xD;
the critical path (CPM), identifying the activities that directly impact deadlines; (iv) calculate &#xD;
the estimated times with PERT; and (v) propose improvements to reduce bottlenecks and &#xD;
optimize the efficiency of the logistical flow. The theoretical foundation covered the themes of &#xD;
logistics, material distribution, and the PERT/CPM techniques. As for the methodology, it was &#xD;
classified as a quantitative and qualitative approach, of an exploratory and descriptive nature. &#xD;
For data collection, a semi-structured interview script was used. The results showed that the &#xD;
logistical deadlines for carrying out the tasks of distributing consumable materials to the units in &#xD;
the countryside are quite restrictive, with very little margin for failure or delay. The conclusion &#xD;
indicates that, given the limitations of deadlines and the low margin for failures, it becomes &#xD;
essential to adopt more rigorous planning and control practices in order to reduce bottlenecks &#xD;
and ensure greater logistical efficiency

Abstract: Career  planning  represents  a  fundamental  process  for  guiding  professional  choices  and &#xD;
facilitating  entry  into  the  labor  market,  especially  in  contexts  of  uncertainty  and instability. &#xD;
This  study  aimed  to  identify facilitating and limiting factors in career planning based on the &#xD;
perception  of  students  enrolled in a Business Administration program at a Higher Education &#xD;
Institution  located  in  Vale  do  Mamanguape,  Paraíba,  Brazil.  A  qualitative,  descriptive,  and &#xD;
applied  approach  was  adopted,  configured  as  a  case  study.  The  sample  consisted  of  eight &#xD;
students,  four  freshmen  and  four  seniors,  selected  for  convenience.  Data  collection  was &#xD;
carried  out  through  semi-structured  interviews,  and  the  comprehensive  and  interpretative &#xD;
analysis was conducted based on thematic categories defined from the theoretical framework &#xD;
and  the  answers  obtained.  The  results  revealed  that  freshmen  showed  greater  indecision &#xD;
regarding  professional  goals,  being  mainly  influenced  by  family  factors  and  the  pursuit  of &#xD;
stability. On the other hand, seniors demonstrated greater clarity and planning, although they &#xD;
still face challenges related to labor market entry and regional opportunity constraints. Among &#xD;
the facilitating factors, family support, personal motivation, and experience gained throughout &#xD;
the  undergraduate  program  were  highlighted.  As  limiting  factors,  the  lack  of  continuous &#xD;
career  guidance,  insecurity  regarding  labor  market  changes,  and  socioeconomic  restrictions &#xD;
stood  out.  It  is  concluded  that,  although  academic  training  contributes  to  the  maturation  of &#xD;
choices,  the  career  planning  process  still  requires  greater institutional support and strategies &#xD;
that consider the particularities of students at different stages of their academic journey.

    <summary type="text">Título: Competências Socioemocionais: um estudo com gestores de empresas de grande e médio porte de  Mamanguape/PB

Abstract: This  study  aims  to  analyze  the  role  that  social-emotional  skills  play  in  the  performance  of &#xD;
managers of large and medium-sized companies in Mamanguape/PB. Thus, it is based on the &#xD;
definitions and characteristics of skills, delving deeper into the discussion surrounding social-&#xD;
emotional  skills.  In  addition,  it  discusses  the  role  of  leadership  in  competency-based &#xD;
management. In terms of methodology, the study is qualitative and exploratory in nature, with &#xD;
semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 managers. Discourse analysis was adopted &#xD;
through the structuring of 7categories. The results indicate that social-emotional competencies, &#xD;
such as empathy, emotional balance, working under pressure, supporting people, teamwork and &#xD;
regulating emotions, are portrayed in everyday work, being developed from the experiences &#xD;
and adventures in situations and relationships built in the workplace. It is concluded that these &#xD;
competencies  make  a  difference  in  the  work  sphere  of  managers,  since  they  demands  the &#xD;
development  of  emotional  awareness  of  managers  for  a  healthy  and  collaborative  social &#xD;
relationship in the workplace. This research contributes to the theoretical advancement in the &#xD;
theme,  in  addition  to  listing  possible  actions  that  collaborate  for  the  development  of  socio-&#xD;
emotional skills.
