Abstract: The present work aims to analyze the process of construction, implementation and execution of &#xD;
the municipal education plan of the municipality of Lucena in the state of Paraíba in the light &#xD;
of official sources and the reflexes that this public policy produces in the educational aspects. &#xD;
The methodology is concerned with documentary descriptive analysis. From this perspective, &#xD;
the research focuses on the phases of the social mobilization process, educational situational &#xD;
diagnosis, law that established the PME, monitoring and evaluation, going through the &#xD;
conceptions of planning, decentralization and autonomy of the municipality. In this way the &#xD;
present work becomes important, because it suggests indispensable elements for the educational &#xD;
system bringing a reflective political educational approach. Thus, the educational policies of &#xD;
the municipality of Lucena have positive perspectives of improvement in the quality of &#xD;
education.

Abstract: The objective of the present research was to diagnose if the system of inventory control, &#xD;
University Hospital Management Application (AGHU), used by the University Hospital &#xD;
Lauro Wanderley (HULW) is able to provide information that can minimize the losses &#xD;
generated with materials with expired validity . For this, a case study was carried out, with &#xD;
field research in two units that move medicines and medical-hospital materials, which were &#xD;
the Pharmaceutical Supply and Dispensation Unit and the Health Products Unit, respectively. &#xD;
Data were collected through interviews with employees who work directly with the physical &#xD;
control of drugs and materials and feed the control system. The content of the interview &#xD;
results was analyzed and through it it was verified that they are not using the functionalities of &#xD;
the AGHU system in an efficient and productive way, showing a reality where the data of the &#xD;
system are not trustworthy to the physical stock and are not enough to aid in the planning &#xD;
shopping and loss prevention, always depending on ancillary data to carry out the controls.

    <summary type="text">Título: O Bolsa Família no município de Soledade - PB: perfil dos beneficiários e percepção dos impactos socioeconômicos do programa

Abstract: O Programa Bolsa Família, implantado no ano 2004 pelo Governo Federal, transformou-se no &#xD;
maior programa de transferência direta de renda do Brasil, à medida que tem como finalidade &#xD;
precípua o combate à pobreza e à desigualdade do país. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho &#xD;
teve como objetivo verificar as contribuições do Bolsa Família no município de Soledade PB, em especial, identificar o perfil social e econômico das famílias beneficiárias, bem como &#xD;
o cumprimento das condicionalidades impostas, identificando, também, como o referido tem &#xD;
colaborado na vida dessas famílias no que tange a garantia das necessidades básicas e &#xD;
enfretamento da pobreza. Para atingir os propósitos da pesquisa, foi utilizada tanto a &#xD;
abordagem qualitativa como a quantitativa, efetuando a coleta de dados por meio da pesquisa &#xD;
bibliográfica e pela aplicação de questionários semiestruturados contendo perguntas objetivas &#xD;
e discursivas. Os resultados obtidos neste estudo apontam que o benefício financeiro &#xD;
concedido por intermédio do programa tem proporcionado aos beneficiários, sobretudo as &#xD;
mulheres, maior autonomia no que tange a capacidade dessas em tomar decisões no âmbito &#xD;
doméstico, bem como contribuído para a elevação da qualidade de vida de suas famílias, uma &#xD;
vez que a renda contribui para a aquisição de alimentos, melhoria da saúde, educação e &#xD;
redução da vulnerabilidade socioeconômica. study indicate that the financial benefit granted through the program has given beneficiaries, especially women, greater autonomy regarding their ability to make decisions in the domestic sphere, as well as raised the quality of life of their families, since income contributes to food &#xD;
purchase, health and education improvement, and socioeconomic vulnerability reduction.

Abstract: This research aims to discuss the importance of using the new facilitators of learning &#xD;
technologies. Whereas the teaching methodologies using technologies have contributed to &#xD;
increase the learning performance and makes the most enjoyable and dynamic lessons &#xD;
increasing interaction between student and teacher help the student in the learning &#xD;
construction. The methodological procedures were performed through a theoretical and &#xD;
empirical research through literature research and application of qualitative questionnaire to &#xD;
23 elementary school teachers II School Américo Falcon in order to achieve the proposed &#xD;
objectives. The results show that teachers are aware of the technological tools that can be used &#xD;
as didactic teaching in the classroom, It confirmed the lack of training courses to assist in the &#xD;
use of new technologies that can help in learning construction. There was also confirmation of &#xD;
the existence of a political public in order to use more technologies the same is not yet in &#xD;
operation in the school of reference, one of the main causes for not occur training courses for &#xD;
teachers, as the program aims at training teachers for handling the technological tool. Finally &#xD;
it was noted that with all the difficulties such as lack of training carried out by the program&#xD;
carried out by the Federal Government and the non-functioning of public policy, teachers &#xD;
highlighted using technologies for education providing a positive effect helping students build &#xD;
knowledge and facilitating the conduct of learning, expanding the teaching methods.
