Abstract: This study maps the text genres mobilized in the multilingual communication of international
academic cooperation, based on the performance of students of the Applied Foreign
Languages for International Negotiations (LEANI) program during their supervised
internships at the International Cooperation Agency (ACI) of the Federal University of
Paraíba (UFPB). Anchored in the perspective of Languages for Specific Purposes (LinFE)
(Hutchinson; Waters, 1987; Rossini; Belmonte, 2015) and in the conception of genre as social
action (Miller, 1984), the research carries out a qualitative documentary analysis, as well as a
descriptive quantification (frequencies and percentages) of the empirical material collected.
The 22 internship reports of the students who worked at the ACI/UFPB between 2023.1 and
2025.1 were analyzed. The mapping reveals a plurilingual repertoire, with a predominance of
Spanish, English, and French, and a diversity of written, oral, and digital genres: institutional
e-mails are the most recurrent genre, followed by cooperation agreements and drafts, in
addition to news items, social media posts, interpreting, and mediation at events. Within this
set, the legal-institutional dimension emerges as one of the axes requiring the greatest
specialized expertise, without exhausting the scope of the activity. As a more critical finding,
it was observed that interns frequently take on the technical translation of agreements and
draft documents without specific training for this task, a tension that exposes the limits of the
LEANI graduate's role in this field. The results are articulated with the program's curriculum,
suggesting the strengthening of an approach based on genres and authentic documents that
brings education closer to the real communicative demands of university internationalization.

Título: Identidade feminina e representações institucionais na diplomacia brasileira : uma análise de discurso do documentário “Exteriores” e das narrativas da AMDB

Abstract: Discourse analysis has been widely used to understand how communicational practices
produce and legitimize meanings within organizations. As highlighted by Fairclough
(2001), discourse constitutes a social practice capable of reproducing or transforming
power relations and institutional structures. In this context, organizational communication
becomes a relevant space to investigate how professional identities and institutional
representations are constructed discursively. Thus, the present work has as general
objective to analyze how the documentary "Exteriores" creates an organizational discourse
about the female professional identity in Brazilian diplomacy together with the narratives
of the Association of Women Diplomats of Brazil (AMDB) . It is a qualitative research, of
documentary and interpretative nature, based on the analysis of organizational discourse,
with dialogue with the Critical Analysis of Discourse. The research corpus is composed of
documentary and institutional materials associated with AMDB. The results show that the
documentary mobilizes narratives that reveal both historical barriers faced by women in
the diplomatic career and processes of institutional transformation related to the expansion
of female representativeness. We conclude that the documentary acts as a communicational
strategy for making these trajectories visible and contributes to the discursive construction
of a new institutional narrative about the presence of women in Brazilian diplomacy.

Título: Cinema brasileiro e internacionalização da cultura : identidade, memória e recepção internacional do filme Ainda estou aqui (2024)
Autor(es): Oliveira, Allecya Clécia da Silva

Abstract: In the contemporary context, there has been an increase in the international circulation of
cultural products, associated with the processes of cultural globalization and the
internationalization of culture. In this scenario, cultural works transcend national borders,
allowing narratives, representations, and identities to circulate among different societies.
Among these manifestations, cinema stands out as an important means of cultural diffusion
and international projection, serving as a gateway to different places, peoples, and customs
(Gomes; Chacon, 2024, p. 8). In view of this, this study aims to analyze the
internationalization process of the film Ainda Estou Aqui (2024), as well as to understand its
circulation and reception in international media outlets. To this end, news articles and reviews
published in major international newspapers and magazines were examined in order to
identify the main themes and interpretations present in these contents. This research adopts a
qualitative approach, based on documentary analysis of journalistic articles, combined with a
bibliographic review of concepts such as cultural globalization, cultural identities, soft power,
and the internationalization of cinema. The results indicate that the international reception of
the film emphasizes aspects related to memory, history, and identity, while also highlighting
the growing international projection of Brazilian cinema. It is therefore concluded that
cinematic productions can act as important instruments of cultural diffusion and international
recognition, contributing to increased interest in a country’s culture and history and
reinforcing the role of cinema as a strategy of cultural projection in the context of
globalization.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze how fake news, in the context of a world experiencing
post-truth situations, can directly influence and impact international negotiations in the
globalized information society. The objective of this work is to understand how
disinformation can affect economic, social, and business dynamics in international contexts,
especially when related to the accelerated circulation of information on digital platforms. To
achieve this objective, the research methodology adopted a qualitative, exploratory, and
descriptive approach, based on a literature review of the concepts of truth, lies, post-truth,
fake news, and information ethics, using the studies of Serra (2018), Satur (2024), and other
authors. In addition, two representative case studies were analyzed. Finally, this research
sought to understand how disinformation can act as a strategic tool capable of causing
instability in markets and institutional relations, highlighting the need for international
negotiators to develop informational skills, critical thinking, and an ethical stance to assess
the reliability of information used in negotiation processes. Through case studies, it is
observed that in the post-truth context, information is used as a strategic persuasion tool,
which reinforces the need for the development of information literacy, critical thinking, and
ethical conduct among future international negotiators.
