Likewise information, music production is associated with the context and the social practices that surround the producer, that is, the accumulation of musical documents can constitute the source of the socio-cultural identity of their producers. The music archive is known as a setting of memory. In this context, the general objective of the survey was to understand the memorialistic and identity construction of Quinteto da Paraíba from the informational vestiges in the documentary items, in the light of the theoretical conception of self-writing. In order to achieve the objectives proposed in this study, the valuation of the memorialistic and identity attributes was guided by the perspective of the evidential paradigm. From the analysis and interpretation of Quinteto da Paraíba's writings, it was possible to outline its artistic trajectory, to highlight the entanglement of its musical production with the Armorial Movement, as well as to identify the significant features of the Group's memory and identity constitution. It can be concluded that the Quinteto da Paraíba Archive is understood as a material record of the Group's self- writing, constituting as a meaningful source of musical information research capable of giving prominence to the memorialistic and identity traits of its musical production.; L'objet de l'analyse de cette recherche est l'archive du groupe Quinteto da Paraíba, considéré par les critiques comme l'un des groupes les plus vertueux de la scène de musique de chambre brésilienne. Aussi bien que l'information, la production musicale est associée au contexte et aux pratiques sociales qui entourent le producteur, c'est-à-dire que l'accumulation de documents musicaux peut constituer des granges de l'identité socioculturelle de leurs producteurs. This dissertation aimed to investigate the relationships established between the Benedito Leite Public Library and the process of intersubjective and representational elaboration of identity references, articulated with the dimensions of memory and heritage in the life trajectories of its users in São Luís, Maranhão. A comprehensiveinterpretive perspective was adopted, guided by reflective foundations oriented toward apprehending the subjective meanings of human action and clarifying the reasons why certain sociocultural relationships are structured and manifested in specific ways. The research assumed both descriptive and explanatory character, was grounded in bibliographic and documentary research, and employed Oral History as a means of understanding the participants’ lived experiences. The study was conducted at the BPBL between March and June 2025, during which time systematic non-participant observation was carried out in sectors such as Rare Works, the Reference Hall, Technical Works, the Telecenter, the Children’s Library, and Study Rooms. The sample was selected intentionally, guided by theoretical saturation, and involved 15 participants, including students, teachers, and frequent users. Data collection comprised observations recorded in a field journal and semi-structured interviews, previously piloted, conducted within the library upon consent, and recorded and transcribed with the aid of software. The analysis was based on the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) technique, allowing for the construction of synthesis discourses from Central Ideas, Key Expressions, and Anchors. The results demonstrated that reading trajectories and the bond with the library are marked by late access, fragmented experiences, and the strong influence of sociocultural conditions, revealing that identity construction associated with reading is inseparable from memory processes and from interactions with the city’s cultural spaces. The narratives indicated that the BPBL is perceived as a symbolic territory of belonging, cultural initiation, intellectual refuge, academic support, and democratization of information, playing a structuring role in personal trajectories by fostering vocations, encouraging creativity, and consolidating affective memories throughout life. The results also showed that the materiality of the building, its collection, and its historicity reinforce its image as guardian of São Luís identity, associated with representations such as a “cultural temple” and a symbol of the “Brazilian Athens.” Nevertheless, tensions emerged regarding architectural monumentality, the Eurocentrism of authorized narratives, and the symbolic barriers that limit the sense of belonging among certain groups, configuring the library as a form of heritage that is simultaneously celebrated and dissonant. The analyses further revealed the importance of information mediation practices, relations of sociability, and the everyday uses of the BPBL in the production of bonds, recognition, and disputes over meaning. It is concluded that the BPBL operates as a living symbolic ecology in which memory and identity are continuously negotiated, constituting itself as active and dynamic heritage, decisive both for the formation of subjects and for the sociocultural cohesion of the collective. By resisting, these people ensure their physical and cultural survival and put tension on the structures inherited from colonial modernity, contributing to the construction of a more just, plural and epistemically diverse society. In this scenario of disputes in the social, political and symbolic field, information literacy presents itself as a theoretical and practical horizon capable of problematizing the colonial legacies inscribed in the structures of power, being and knowledge, promoting the formation of critical subjects in the face of the dynamics of information domination. In this context, this work aims to analyze indigenous components that highlight the conformation of elements in the macroprocess of critical information literacy of Brazilian original peoples, within the horizon of countercoloniality. The research is characterized as descriptive, with a qualitative approach, aimed at identifying and describing elements mobilized through this competence as a form of decolonial and countercolonial resistance, expressed in informational practices and indigenous literary narratives. Operationalized through documentary and bibliographical research, with surveys and content analyzes of productions by indigenous authors, the research enabled the categorization and interpretation of recurring elements that highlight decolonial and countercolonial dynamics and shape critical information literacy. The results demonstrate that the elements of this competence present in this literature operate as informational strategies and instruments of social emancipation, by reaffirming collective memories, territorialities, ancestries and cosmologies historically silenced by the colonial project. The results highlight, firstly, the informational practices that mobilize critical information literacy and tension hegemonic epistemologies via critical decolonial and countercolonial perspectives. Furthermore, they characterize elements that shape this competence through actors, artifacts, devices and actions of indigenous information, which support these resistance practices as strategies for emancipation and reaffirmation of their own epistemologies. And, finally, they systematize these findings in proposing a theoretical-methodological model aimed at indigenous contexts. From these results, it was found that critical competence in information goes beyond the technical dimension and assumes a political, ethical and epistemic character, linked to the defense of life, territory and ways of existing of these people, configuring itself as a formative macroprocess that can tension the coloniality of power, knowledge and being, strengthening processes of self-representation and consolidating informational autonomy as a horizon of transformation and countercoloniality. It is considered that, when articulated with countercolonial perspectives, this competence broadens its political, epistemic and transformative character, enabling the expansion of debate in the field of Information Science and related areas, encouraging new research focused on the context of Brazilian original peoples. In the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Paraíba (MPPB), the implementation of the MP Digital program marked a turning point in this process by establishing guidelines for modernizing information flows and building data-driven governance. This research analyzed the management and preservation of digital objects within the MPPB from 2023 to 2025, focusing on institutional policies and the tools developed under the National Strategy for MP Digital. The study employed a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach, based on documentary analysis and literature review. The analysis was guided by the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and CARE (Collective Benefit, Authority to Control, Responsibility, Ethics) principles, as well as the DataONE Data Lifecycle model, which together structured the critical evaluation of institutional practices in digital governance and preservation. The results indicated advances in the expansion of citizen-oriented digital services and in the adoption of process automation solutions, with incipient use of generative artificial intelligence tools, positioning the MPPB at an intermediate level of digital maturity. Conversely, the diagnostics revealed limitations in system interoperability, the absence of a consolidated institutional digital strategy, and an initial level of data governance maturity, with impacts on the integrated use and long-term preservation of digital objects. As technical outcomes, the research developed a Digital Solutions Catalog, compiling the technological tools used by MPPB, and a Best Practices Guide for Data Management, aimed at standardization, interoperability, and information security. The results contributed to strengthening information governance, fostering a digital preservation culture in the public sector, and providing practical and conceptual tools applicable to data management in other public institutions.
