Uma etnografia da aldeia Três Rios, com ênfase no papel das mulheres, Terra Indígena Potiguara de Monte-Mór - PB Autor(es): Gomes, Thayná Donato Orientador: Palitot, Estêvão Martins Abstract: En esta tesis abordo la recuperación de la aldea Três Rios, situada en la Tierra Indígena Potiguara de Monte-Mór, en la costa norte de Paraíba. La recuperación de Três Rios tuvo lugar dos décadas antes de esta investigación, en el año 2003, y en la actualidad la aldea cuenta con una población de más de mil habitantes. La recuperación fue un elemento impulsor en la lucha por la demarcación de la Tierra Indígena, que fue homologada en el año 2024. Al analizar la recuperación y constitución de la aldea, nos centraremos en dos dimensiones que hemos elegido como prioritarias: a) el protagonismo de las mujeres indígenas en la recuperación y en la vida cotidiana de la aldea y b) los procesos de recuperación ambiental del territorio de Três Rios como una acción continuada de la recuperación. La aldea Três Rios era antes un cañaveral que pertenecía a las usinas, por lo que la deforestación provocó la infertilidad de la tierra, causando graves daños ambientales. Hoy en día, la tierra está ocupada por familias indígenas potiguara y en proceso de recuperación. El estudio que desarrollo se alinea con las investigaciones desarrolladas en torno a las nociones de proceso de territorialización y recuperación de tierras indígenas, a las que añado el enfoque en la actuación de las mujeres indígenas y en los procesos colectivos de recuperación ambiental del territorio. The research focused on monitoring the national scenario, especially in the actions developed within the scope of the National Congress. However, it sought to bring together different analytical levels, also bringing descriptions of subjects and data on a local scale, referring to the municipality of Olinda and the state of Pernambuco, scales that are connected in an articulated political field (TURNER, 2008).; RESUMEN La siguiente disertación tiene como objetivo presentar y discutir las acciones realizadas por la organización política Articulação Nacional de Emergencia Cultural, que surgió y se articuló a través de plataformas digitales en el contexto de la situación de pandemia provocada por el virus SARS-CoV-2, conocido como COVID -19. 19. Las acciones desarrolladas por la organización fueron monitoreadas en el período correspondiente a marzo de 2020 a agosto de 2021. La investigación se centró en el proceso de tramitación del Proyecto de Ley N° 1.075/2020, que se implementó a través de la Ley N° 14.017/2020, conocida como el Aldir Blanc Ley de Emergencia Cultural, siendo esta la agenda central de la movilización política en el ámbito del movimiento de agentes culturales durante el período de investigación, así como la organización. De esta manera, buscamos comprender, como objetivo principal, la articulación del movimiento y sus estrategias de movilización a partir de la constitución de políticas normativas para la implementación de acciones frente a la situación de calamidad pública en Brasil, así como a través del choque político en el sector cultura en el gobierno de Jair Bolsonaro. Como objetivos específicos, destacamos el análisis de la organización de un movimiento político cultural en el contexto de una pandemia, la movilización en la constitución de una política de emergencia para el sector, las acciones de articulación que realiza el entorno digital como movilización y la presión y las negociaciones y estrategias políticas por la aprobación del proyecto de ley en el Congreso Nacional. Desde la concepción del movimiento de articulación se organizó una agenda de acciones que se tornó prioritaria en el sector cultural en el contexto de la pandemia a través de conferencias web, encuentros sectoriales, encuentros regionales, etc. El seguimiento y análisis de la investigación se realizó de forma digital, tanto en cuanto a la constitución del campo de investigación como en cuanto a los métodos aplicados. La investigación se centró en el seguimiento del escenario nacional, especialmente en las acciones desarrolladas en el ámbito del Congreso Nacional. It has as its background the studies on sexuality and disability in anthropology. The objective was to verify and understand how sexuality is present in the daily lives of these women. The study enters the universe of six adult women with ID attending an NGO that serves people with disabilities, located in the city of João Pessoa. Participant observation techniques, interviews, and focus group were used for the development of the research. From the observations and monitoring during the ethnographic field, it was possible to observe that there is a strong tendency to the infantilization of these women by the family group and also by the professionals, which interferes with the ability to assign them autonomy and decision-making power in issues relevant to love relationships, which allows us to think that the capacitist assumptions also act in this field. On the other hand, in the interaction with women with ID, the issues related to sexuality appeared and were very revealing, indicating that not only do they exist but deserve to be further studied, because it is a universe still little explored. The objective of the research and analyses presented here has it roots in years-long concern involving the situations of racial and gender violence present in the country and which also make themselves active through urban mechanisms in the country's capital. The fieldwork included interviews conducted remotely and in person during the years of 2021 and 2022, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, analyses of literary and artistic works and an analysis of the way the black population of Brasília experiences the city, through data produced by the government and events that reached the media. This work allowed me, together with my interlocutors, to analyse constructions of the local cultural imaginary about the black person, the construction of the being and affections of the black person in the face of the situation of racialisation and dominance of whiteness in the country and in its capital.
