      <description>Título: Gestão da informação em uma organização do terceiro setor: um estudo de caso no Vale do Mamanguape – PB
Autor(es): Fernandes, Ivan Carlos dos Santos
Abstract: This study addresses information management in a third-sector organization located in the&#xD;
Mamanguape Valley, with the aim of analyzing how informational processes are developed&#xD;
and their influence on the organization of institutional activities and decision-making. It is a&#xD;
case study with a qualitative approach, conducted through semi-structured interviews with the&#xD;
institution’s management team, with data analyzed using the content analysis technique. The&#xD;
results indicate that information plays a relevant role in the organizational context,&#xD;
contributing to the identification of the demands of the served population, as well as to the&#xD;
planning and execution of institutional actions. However, limitations are observed regarding&#xD;
the systematization of records and the use of technological tools, which restricts the potential&#xD;
3&#xD;
for organization and strategic use of information. It is also noted that existing informational&#xD;
practices are still only partially structured. It is concluded that improving information&#xD;
management, through the adoption of more structured systems and better organization of&#xD;
records, is essential to strengthen informational processes, enhance support for&#xD;
decision-making, and contribute to institutional development.

      <description>Título: Sustentabilidade em instituições de nível superior: um estudo de caso no campus IV da UFPB
Autor(es): Santos, Larissa Silva dos
Abstract: This work stems from the need to understand how sustainability has been integrated into the&#xD;
management of public higher education institutions. In this context, its general objective is to&#xD;
analyze the sustainability actions developed at Campus IV of the Federal University of&#xD;
Paraíba, with the specific objectives of identifying existing practices, understanding the&#xD;
challenges faced, and proposing recommendations to strengthen sustainability on campus.&#xD;
The research is based on approaches related to sustainable management and sustainable&#xD;
development in the organizational context. It is a qualitative case study, with data collected&#xD;
through a semi-structured interview with an institutional manager, and the data were later&#xD;
transcribed and analyzed using the content analysis technique. The results indicate that the&#xD;
campus develops actions in the environmental, social, and economic dimensions, highlighting&#xD;
practices such as composting, student assistance, and the pursuit of energy efficiency;&#xD;
however, it still faces challenges related to budget constraints and the engagement of the&#xD;
academic community. As a contribution, the study proposes strengthening institutional and&#xD;
educational actions, aiming to consolidate an organizational culture oriented toward&#xD;
sustainability.

      <title>Governança corporativa e a rentabilidade da FUNPRESP: um estudo de caso</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufpb.br/jspui/handle/123456789/38128</link>
      <description>Título: Governança corporativa e a rentabilidade da FUNPRESP: um estudo de caso
Autor(es): Brito, Raniel Silva de
Abstract: This study aims to analyze corporate governance practices and the profitability of the&#xD;
Foundation for the Complementary Pension of Federal Public Servants (Funpresp). It focuses&#xD;
on the relationship between corporate governance, financial governance, and observed&#xD;
profitability. Employing a descriptive, explanatory, and mixed-methods (quanti-qualitative)&#xD;
approach, a case study was conducted on this entity. Data and information were collected from&#xD;
the organization’s regulations, policies, and bylaws via its official website and analyzed using&#xD;
the content analysis technique. The research scope included general administration standards,&#xD;
asset formation and investment rules, investment portfolio composition, and portfolio&#xD;
3&#xD;
profitability. The results highlight how governance positively influences organizational&#xD;
management and control. Key findings reveal a governance vulnerability, with nearly 9% of&#xD;
capital concentrated under a single third-party manager, and profitability falling below&#xD;
expectations in three of the five years analyzed. The study concludes that the entity has managed&#xD;
its governance effectively, handling risk management with responsibility and transparency,&#xD;
despite failing to meet profitability targets for its participants in certain cycles. Finally, this&#xD;
study provides the board of directors, management, and participants with a deeper&#xD;
understanding of the benefits that robust corporate governance can provide.

      <title>Gestão de processos e resiliência organizacional: proposta de diretrizes estratégicas para a empresa júnior de administração da UFPB</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufpb.br/jspui/handle/123456789/38127</link>
      <description>Título: Gestão de processos e resiliência organizacional: proposta de diretrizes estratégicas para a empresa júnior de administração da UFPB
Autor(es): Rosendo, Guilherme da Silva
Abstract: Junior enterprises operate within a context characterized by students' practical training&#xD;
and frequent member turnover, which poses challenges to process continuity, activity&#xD;
standardization, and the preservation of organizational knowledge. These enterprises also&#xD;
face issues due to the concentration of practical knowledge among more experienced&#xD;
members, which can hinder the integration of new recruits, inter-area communication, and the&#xD;
reduction of rework. This study analyzes the organizational processes of a junior enterprise&#xD;
affiliated with the Administration program at Campus IV of the Federal University of&#xD;
Paraíba, aiming to define strategic guidelines for strengthening organizational resilience. The&#xD;
research is qualitative, conducted via a case study approach. Data collection involved&#xD;
semi-structured interviews with 4 organization members, enabling an understanding of&#xD;
organizational process stages, key challenges faced, and improvement opportunities. The&#xD;
results show that, while the company's processes are executed collaboratively and recognized&#xD;
by members, there remains a strong reliance on informal alignments and practical knowledge&#xD;
held by experienced members, potentially impeding activity standardization and new member&#xD;
integration. The study proposes the use of process improvement tools—such as the Pareto&#xD;
Diagram, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, and PDCA cycle—as mechanisms to support&#xD;
management and organizational learning. In conclusion, the strategic structuring of processes&#xD;
contributes to enhancing resilience and ensuring organizational continuity in junior&#xD;
enterprises.
