It is capable of exercising its primary role with excellence, thus guaranteeing greater rationality in spending, greater transparency in actions, compliance with existing legislation, and also serving as a parameter for external audits. As the main focus of the article, the general objective is to demonstrate the importance of the implementation of Internal Control as a tool to support the management of municipal institutions in Paraíba. The methodology of the research is considered predominantly qualitative, of a descriptive nature and is also considered as bibliographical, always seeking theoretical references based on specialized publications among the media as a source of analysis through data from the Court of Audit of the State of Paraíba - TCE PB, of the Paraibano Forum against Corruption - Focco and others. As an analysis of the data, we can obtain the reality of the municipal institutions of Paraíba as to the existence and performance of Internal Control within the management. As a conclusion of this research we verified that the control of the actions of the administrative acts within the municipal scope has a great relevance since it seeks to reflect positive results both for the manager and for the society as a whole. With modern management administration policies, organizations come to understand the importance of quality in service, both in the business environment, allocating attendance as a growth factor and achieving goals, as in the public sphere, seeking to consolidate the image of the institution before the service user. The present work has as general objective to evaluate the procedure of quality management referring to the services provided by the executive secretaries of the Federal University of Paraíba. As for the methodology, this is a quantitative research, where questionnaires were applied to ten executive secretaries, approaching issues related to their place of work. It is important to note that the gradual change from the traditional organization model to a managerial model has altered the reality of that professional, since he expanded his functions in the work routine, making him the executor of a vital function to build a successful administration. Thus, it is concluded that the lack of training of these professionals in the specific area merits deeper discussion, since they perform their functions on multiple fronts, acting not only in the operational role, but also in the managerial role. It had as specific objectives: to give a brief history on the use of the ICT, focusing on public network schools; highlight the importance of qualification for education professionals; and show how the change causes resistance in the professionals in question. In order to reach the objectives, a bibliographical study was carried out with a theoretical contribution focused on the subject in question, as well as a field research in a Municipal Public School, in the town of Capim / PB. For field research, a semi-structured interview was conducted with eight professionals from the school, among them, manager, supervisor, secretary and teachers. As for the approach, it was a qualitative research. The results show that the technologies help in a beneficial way in the school management, as well as to all those involved in the study in their professional activities, as long as there are adequate conditions for this, such as, suitable environment and prepared for insertion of new technologies, and technical support for handling and possible eventualities.
