INTERSETORIALIDADE NA ALTA COMPLEXIDADE EM SAÚDE: reflexões teóricas

Abstract

The present Work of Conclusion of Course has as objective generality theoretically to analyze the intersectoriality in the field of the public assistance to the health, with approach in the services of high complexity. In this direction, we search to identify the bibliographical production that relates intersectoriality high complexity in health and to argue the use of the intersectoriality in the hospital environment, taking as empirical reference the experience in the University Hospital Lauro Wanderley. In methodological terms, one was about a bibliographical research, carried through in 2017 and 2018, of the systematic type, guided for the materialism descriptiondialectical and consolidated for the systematic comment also effected during all process of Supervised Period of training I and II, of Social Service course. The main results indicate a vast bibliographical production relating the intersectoriality the basic attention, the same not running in relation the high complexity. We identify despite the intersectoriality while management strategy still remains in the field of the challenges, in if treating to the services of high complexity, rank that the organizacional structure that permeates the hospitals does not allow the construction of intersectorial actions, a time that are marked by bureaucratic processes, sectorial and verticalized. We evidence that in the hospital context the intrasectorality occurs, while a variation of the intersectoriality. Moreover, the research pointed the intersectoriality as indispensable in the process the implementation of the beginning of the completeness in the scope of the SUS, given that the demands of the users present continuously the necessity of an intervention who dialogue with the services it stops beyond the Politics of Health.
