Abstract: | The advent of the globalization and the improvement of technology, the individual has become an object of study in modern organizations due to the finding that human capital is becoming the differential to the development and success. We know then that the secondary socialization occurs in adulthood the individual that influences the re-elaboration and choices that can change throughout life. Given this process the present study aims to evaluate the effects of socialization processes in new employees in a Central Credit Cooperative, through this process is essential in attracting talents and also as a way to verify the perception of new employees in half. Therefore, through the exploratory and descriptive study we used a script with the person responsible for organizational socialization process and implementation of electronic questionnaires with 31 employees that began operating in the organization up to a maximum of one year, so the research was to evaluate by the methods by statistical qualitative and quantitative analysis, the effects of the socialization process and its efficiency in this organization. |
