Análise do arquivo central da Indústria Têxtil Brasil S/A

Abstract

Presents an analysis of the organizational Archive Central Textile Industry Brazil S/A, based ond the diagnosis when they made in 2005, when restructuring of the archive. This study had to identify changes in the general archives of the Central Brazil Textile Industry S/A. Pending the research the data collection instrument used was the questions. Over this stage, the questions used was the same used in the diagnosis, since the intention of the study was to make a comparative analysis to evaluate the progress of the file based on the problems identified in the diagnosis. The methodology was the case study and the subjects were employees of the company, heads of sectors, who participed in the implementation of the diagnosis in 2005. The data analysis provides a characterization of the subjects of the research data and qualitative research, which makes use of the words of the participating subjects. The results presented, finally, show for all a significant evolution of the central archive is considered the situation where it was at the time of diagnosis.
