Abstract

Before several difficulties faced by countless families in situation of social vulnerability and extreme poverty, the non-government organizations are considered at present how institutions of important relevance in the complementação of the formal education carried out by the schools, as well as in order that there provide presence the families of children and adolescents affected by the refractions of the social question. Before the exposed one, the inquiry in fabric had like general objective: to analyse as to the practices socioeducacionais promoted in the Association House of the Dreams has been providing significant changes in the life of the residents of the community Bitter Saint, an adjacency of the city of Santa Rita/PB. Since approach metodológica of inquiry happened a bibliographical inquiry and a field study through semistructured interviews applied near officials, voluntary, childish mothers, adolescents and young persons who participate of the actions socio educativas of the House of the Dreams. While reaching the end of the study we end that social practices developed at the House of the Dreams have been improving the quality of life of the community making aware those of his rights and social duties and also it has been promoting significant changes in the global formation of the children, adolescents and young persons contributing efficiently with the process of formation of the citizenship and potencializando his education process through the workshops, activities of integral care that produce changes in the area of the physical and psychological health of the apprentices
