Abstract

The present study of course conclusion (CBT) aims to analyze the factors that accentuate or cause the process of mental illness of the worker inserted in the formal labor market. The relationship between mental health and work that has intensified due to recurrent changes in the labor world with its new facet: the easing of work relations arising from the productive restructuring that intensifies the exploitation of the workforce and requires More and more abrupt productivity with accelerated rhythms, so-called just in time and thus, this new investiment regresses in terms of the conditions of improvement of the worker's life and health, reduces social interaction and fosters horizontal competitiveness, Stresses the vertical pressures and in the midst of these factors the worker is seen increasingly distant from what he produces. This process of individualization causes a feeling of increasing isolation that in the hostile environment and its new management techniques increase the number of clearings and illnesses related to mental disorders. In methodological terms, this study is configured as a bibliographic research of investigative character, based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of data from the medical records of the users attended at the host and care center of the Reference Center for Occupational Health (CEREST) of João Pessoa/PB, whose survey will comprise the years 2016 and 2017. In relation to the collection instruments, the field diary was used with systematic observation and medical records. Regarding data analysis, the first moment was the tabulation and codification of the data and subsequently the content analysis according to the guideline of Bardin (1977).
