A IRONIA NA PRIMEIRA EPÍSTOLA BÍBLICA DO APÓSTOLO PAULO AOS CORÍNTIOS: UMA ANÁLISE DISCURSIVA

Abstract

Bearing in mind that different researches in Applied Linguistics have sought to understand the constitution and functioning of the speech genres in the most varied spheres of human activity. From this perspective, we seek to present an analysis of dialogical relations, research on irony in the first biblical epistle of the apostle s. Paul to the Corinthians: a discursive analysis, in order to analyze the irony, in the discursive and dialogical perspective, in the discourse of the apostle Paul in his letter addressed to the Christians of Corinth. Therefore, it is necessary to conceptualize irony based on the theoretical assumptions of the dialogical discourse analysis, to present the Corinthian situational context for a better understanding of the irony in the text and, finally, to analyze the dialogical discourse functioning of irony in the 1Co corpus. 4: 7- 3 and 1Co 6: 5,6 that are in the Apostle Paul's epistle to the Corinthian Christians. Then, a qualitative-interpretive research of an applied nature and bibliographic procedure is carried out. Therefore, based on the theoretical-methodological assumptions of the writings of the Bakhtin Circle and contemporary research under the scope of Dialogic Discourse Analysis, In view of this, it appears that irony is a dialogical discursive resource in which, through the bivocal word, the which imposes the verification of the existence of two opposing voices, but complementary to the objective of the speaker.
