Fontes de informação na Web: uso e apropriação da informação como possibilidade de disseminação e memória do movimento negro no Estado da Paraíba

Abstract

To investigate how the Black Movement of Paraiba State appropriates of information sources on the web and use them with a view to spread and memory of this organization is the goal of this study. It is understood that these sources of information can be used as a channel for dissemination of information and memory etnicorracial of socially invisible, in today's information society, knowledge and learning, where prejudice, discrimination and racism are part of everyday life subjects. Specifically, it aims: to identify how the black movement appropriates the information sources on the web, see how these sources of information are used by the Black Movement and discuss how the Web can serve as a channel for dissemination of information and memory of the people etnicorracial black. The methodology is based on a qualitative approach, with characteristics of collective discourses. It is characterized as interpretative research, the descriptive and exploratory, where we used the literature, to discuss the concepts and the construction of theoretical categories. The research was organized black movement of Paraiba (MNOPB), and the subjects / participants were linked to four members of this movement two entities: the Center for Black students and Black UFPB (NENN/UFPB) and the Organization of Black Women in Paraiba, Bamidele. The semi-structured interview was the instrument used to collect data for the analysis of which appealed to some of the technical features of the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD), which is based on Pierce's Semiotics and Theory of Social Representations. The results showed that the most used tool by MNOPB, to convey the information, e-mail, and use the blog is associated with the dissemination of appropriate information by the group. In the final considerations, is proposed for the entity to appropriate sources of information on the Web already used by it in order to serve as a virtual space that stores the information produced and appropriated by MNOPB.
