A ATUAÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO NA DELEGACIA: DESAFIOS NO ATENDIMENTO DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL

Abstract

Sexual violence is any act with or without consent of an erotic nature, with or without the use of objects, performed for the purpose of personal pleasure, to the detriment of the suffering or harm of others. The focus of this work is to portray how the phenomenon affects children and adolescents, to identify the multifactorial causes of the phenomenon, its consequences. In addition, to investigate in the literature the role of the psychologist, in the context of a police station, in the face of cases of this type of violence against minors. Therefore, a bibliographic review will be carried out on the subject for theoretical foundation. After that, a semi-structured interview of a psychology professional who worked in a police station in the Northeast region. The instrument will be divided into two parts, one with socio-demographic data and the second with questions about its performance, relationship with the judiciary, profile of victims and aggressors, among others. For analysis, the Thematic Content Analysis method proposed by Bardin will be adopted, which will consist of, from the collected data, measuring possible thematic axes that during the process stand out for their meanings. These subdivisions will be refuted from the literature and legislation resulting from the Federal Constitution and the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA). As it is the professional performance of a psychologist, the guidelines of the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP), its resolutions and Professional of Ethics Code will be taken into account. It is expected with the production the completion of the Course Completion Work (TCC), a criterion for obtaining a bachelor's degree in psychology. Furthermore, to stimulate scientific production on the themes of sexual violence against children and adolescents along with the practices of the legal psychologist.
