Produtos e serfviços de informações arquivísticas: importância e aplicabilidade no Arquivo Afonso Pereira

Abstract

Information products and services contribute to the development and satisfaction of users. From this context, the present study aims to analyze the existence of products and information services in the personal archive Afonso Pereira, to better understand how the intersection of personal files with the products and services occurs. Logo, we will map the existence or not of these products and services, analyzing their importance in the personal files. Given that both the products and the information services are bridges that disseminate the existence of the collection and the information immersed in its documents, we understand that its applicability leads to a better disclosure of the file, and consequently, it entails an extension in the access to and use of the information that permeates your documents. In order to carry out the present research, we trace a methodological course, initially anchored in a bibliographical research, as well as sequentially, a field research, being also descriptive and of the type qualitative In front of its application we are faced with a fragile reality regarding the use of products and information services in this archive, and it is possible to rethink the elaboration of products and services, especially in cyberspace, that give greater visibility to the collection, as well as the information contained in it, since it is possible to take public the trajectory of the holder and of his social relations.
