A prática do profissional de secretariado executivo na organização de arquivo

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to verify if the secretaries have difficulties to perform the ideal archiving in organizations. The executive secretary needs understanding, to avoid unpleasant circumstances and prevent embarrassment, or even something more serious, such as failure and loss of business. The work is qualitative in nature, seen as an exploratory research and with bibliographic method, having been conducted an interview with the secretary of the coordination of the Executive Secretariat Course of campus IV, in Mamanguape. The results presented the contribution of students enrolled in the sixth period of the Executive Secretariat course and the significant contribution of the secretary to identify the archiving methods practiced. It was concluded that the secretary may have difficulties to perform the ideal archiving in organizations, however he may act as file manager.
