dc.description.abstractTechnical Debt has become a relevant topic in software engineering, being related to the consequences of introducing immature or incomplete ar tifacts during software development. Several studies address it in the context of more mature companies, however, few studies focus on startups. Conside ring the informality in the adoption of software engineering best practices by startups, the objective of this work was to develop a framework to assist them in managing Technical Debt, called TechDebt Tracker. For this purpose, the Design Science Research method was used. According to the results obtained, TechDebt Tracker proved to be effective in managing Technical Debt, as well as simple to understand and implement.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoA D´ıvida T´ecnica tem se mostrado relevante na engenharia de soft ware, estando relacionada `as consequˆencias da inserc ¸˜ao de artefatos imatu ros ou incompletos durante o desenvolvimento de software. Diversos estudos abordam-na no contexto de empresas mais maduras, por´em poucas pesquisas focam em startups. Considerando a informalidade na adoc¸˜ao de boas pr´aticas de engenharia de software por startups, o objetivo deste trabalho foi desen volver um framework para auxili´a-las no gerenciamento da D´ıvida T´ecnica, o TechDebt Tracker. Para isso, foi utilizado o m´etodo Design Science Research. De acordo com os resultados obtidos, o TechDebt Tracker mostrou-se relevante no gerenciamento da D´ıvida T´ecnica, al´em de simples de entender e executar.pt_BR
