Diretrizes curriculares da educação infantil: um direito para todos de 0 a 6 anos

Abstract

Being the first contact of the child with the systematized knowledge, early childhood education is the space where the children begin building skills and competencies, experience the need to seize meanings and codes, which translates into contact with these various forms of knowledge from the beginning of their lives. The purpose of this research aims to present the new specifications for the care of children in kindergarten in Brazil being substantiated by laws that regulate the educational system in the country, so based on the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, 1996 (Act 9394/96), the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education and the National Curriculum benchmarks for Early Childhood Education that guide educational practices directed to children 0-6 years of age, in addition to using instruments and readings of some authors researchers theme. One of the aspects highlighted in the group studied was the leisure activity that is the basis of all cultural and creative experience of childhood, play as well as the care and education, which is why we included in DCNEI (2009) as constituents of Education child that highlight this work.
