Título: Inclusão de alunos com deficiências no ensino regular em escola pública no munícipio de REMÍGIO-PB

Abstract: The present research aimed at understand and evaluate how is forming the inclusion process of a school at the municipal public system of education, in Remígio city, in the state of Paraiba, specifically related to individuals with disability. It was adopted the method of qualitative approach with emphasis on fields research, the data collection was made from document analysis, direct observation and questionnaires, which were applied to two managers, the pedagogical coordinator, the municipal secretary of education and eleven teachers. The data was categorized according Bardin (1979), and analyzed the light of the theoretical fundamentals and legal documents. The criterion to choice this school occurred because its possess a large number of enrollment of students with special needs enrolled on municipal chain, besides being considered an inclusive school by the Department of Education of the city. From the results obtained it was found that the interviewees know incipiently the inclusion theme, as they miss the continuous formation, claiming that feel unprepared to act more effectively in this process. Thus, this research point to the advances and difficulties found by the school to that can build itself as inclusive. Once that it is up to all involved in the educational process: students, teachers, managers, coordinates and society to have conscience and respect with the difference, for everybody, independent of their educational needs are really valued, included and able to attend a school.
