When confronted with situations that are humiliating and embarrassing in the local student environment, which in its genesis presupposes learning, ignorance of people, including education professionals, could lead to an unsatisfactory approach to this issue. Bullying is not the victim's imagination, so much so that it has been consistently winning the media, awakening the family and society, as well as educators, to discuss the issue. Psychologists point out that in contemporary society, many children and young people are unaware of the exact differences between right and wrong, right and wrong. The purpose of this work is to analyze the positions adopted by educators, especially Pedagogues, within educational institutions; Study what is bullying and analyze the teachers' knowledge about bullying. Thus, the importance of understanding the role of the pedagogue through this phenomenon, through interviews with professionals in the school, can confirm that bullying is very present. The measures adopted are summarized in information and discussions with students, parents, administrators and other professionals of the school. The object of study of this work is in fact a form of violence that frequently occurs in the school environment. It is up to the school to think about the importance of the articulation of teachers and parents who sometimes do not even realize that their students or children are targets of some type of bullying. Quando confrontados com situações que são humilhantes e constrangedoras no ambiente estudantil, local, que em sua gênese, pressupõe aprendizagem, o desconhecimento das pessoas, incluindo profissionais da educação, poderia conduzir a uma abordagem insatisfatória para essa questão. Bullying não é o fruto de imaginação da vítima, tanto que vem ganhando os meios de comunicação de maneira consistente, despertando a família e a sociedade, bem como educadores, para discutirem o tema. Apontam os psicólogos que na sociedade contemporânea, muitas crianças e jovens desconhecem as diferenças exatas entre o bem e mal, o certo e errado. Esse trabalho tem por objetivos: analisar quais posturas adotadas pelos educadores, em especial os Pedagogos, dentro das instituições de ensino; estudar o que é bullying e analisar o conhecimento dos professores sobre o bullying. Surge assim, a importância de entender o papel do pedagogo mediante a esse fenômeno, por meio de entrevistas realizadas com profissionais na escola, pode-se confirmar que o bullying é muito presente. As medidas adotadas se resumem em informações e debates realizados com alunos, pais, administradores e demais profissionais da escola. O objeto de estudo deste trabalho é na realidade uma forma de violência que acontece com frequência no ambiente escolar.
