This study sought to determine the influence of professional action of the educational
psychologist and inclusion helper in regular schools, seeking a satisfactory inclusion.
These professionals contribute to the process of teaching, learning and help in
promoting inclusion and the permanence of students with disabilities in regular schools.
Therefore, we aimed to analyze the professional relationship of educational
psychologist and the inclusion helper, about the benefits of the them facing the learning
of disabled students. Methodologically this research is characterized as a qualitative
field, research type survey, with descriptive characteristics, in which the theoretical
contributions of the area and the speeches of the subjects involved in the research were
analyzed. For both, interview were structured with two (02) educational psychologists
and 04 (four) inclusion helpers, male and female, from public and private schools, from
the city of João Pessoa-PB. The age of participants ranged from 24 to 52 years old. The
data obtained through questionnaires allowed us to understand that, in fact, there is a
relationship between the above professionals and their actions bring benefits to the
development and learning of students with disabilities in school.

Esse estudo buscou verificar a influência da ação profissional do psicopedagogo e do
auxiliar de inclusão nas escolas regulares, que buscam uma inclusão satisfatória. Esses
profissionais contribuem para o processo de ensino aprendizagem e ajudam na
promoção da inclusão e permanência do aluno com deficiência na escola regular.
Portanto, objetivamos analisar a relação profissional do psicopedagogo e do auxiliar de
inclusão, acerca dos benefícios dos mesmos frente à aprendizagem do aluno com
deficiência. Metodologicamente essa pesquisa caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa de
campo qualitativa, do tipo levantamento, com características descritivas, no qual foram
analisados os aportes teóricos da área e as falas dos sujeitos envolvidos na pesquisa.
Para tanto, foram aplicadas entrevistas estruturadas com 02 (dois) psicopedagogos e 04
(quatro) auxiliares de inclusão, do gênero masculino e feminino, de escolas da rede
pública de ensino e da rede privada, da cidade de João Pessoa-PB. A idade dos
participantes variou entre 24 e 52 anos. Os dados obtidos por meio das entrevistas
permitiram compreender que, de fato, existe uma relação entre os profissionais
mencionados e suas ações trazem benefícios para o desenvolvimento e a aprendizagem
dos alunos com deficiência na escola.
