With the elementary intention of innovating the practical framework of organizational actions, consequently the improvement in the development of tasks assigned by a system, the action of computerizing has repercussions in the initial stage of this objective. The Electronic Judicial Process arises precisely in this concept of computerizing the practiced autos that were previously done manually. In this case, the CNJ, when verifying the need to impose improvements to the progress and functioning of the processes carried out within the scope of national justice, created the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process), making judicial activities carried out in a virtual way. In this context, this study aims to analyze the knowledge of the servers of the Court of Justice of the city of Bayeux. This is a case study of a descriptive nature and a qualitative approach, in which questionnaires were applied to servers that work in different functions of the PJe, with the general objective of analyzing the knowledge of the PJe users in the district of the Comarca located in the city of Bayeux, in the state of Paraíba, regarding the use and effectiveness of this, so identified with these servers, that the topic of the characterization of Pje is fundamental for the knowledge of the positive and negative points of the system, also identified the need for improvements In the system and it is still necessary to carry out more training on the part of the TJPB in order to respond to new questions raised by the constant updating of the system. In general, respondents' responses were positive regarding the structure and procedures of the PJe. Com o intuito elementar de inovar o quadro prático das ações organizacionais, por consequência o melhoramento no desenvolvimento das tarefas elencadas por um sistema, a ação de informatizar repercute na etapa inicial deste objetivo. O Processo Judicial Eletrônico surge exatamente neste conceito de informatizar os autos praticados em que anteriormente era feito manualmente. Neste caso, o CNJ, ao verificar a necessidade de impor melhorias ao andamento e funcionamento dos processos realizados no âmbito da Justiça Nacional, criou o PJe ( Processo Judicial Eletrônico), tornando as atividades judiciais realizadas de forma virtual. Nesse contexto, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o conhecimento dos servidores do Tribunal da Justiça da cidade de Bayeux. Trata-se de um estudo de caso de natureza descritiva e de abordagem qualitativa, no qual foi aplicado questionários a servidores que atuam em diferentes funções do PJe, com objetivo geral de analisar o conhecimento dos usuários do PJe no recinto da Comarca localizada na cidade de Bayeux no estado da Paraíba, a respeito do uso e efetivação deste, para tanto identificou junto a estes servidores, que o tópico da caracterização do Pje é fundamental para o conhecimento dos pontos positivos e negativos do sistema, identificou-se também a necessidade de melhorias no sistema e ainda ser necessário a realização de mais treinamentos por parte do TJPB a fim de atender a novos questionamentos surgidos pela atualização constante do sistema.
