Título:	Contribuições da extensão popular para a formação em nutrição: experiência do PalhaSUS

Resumo:	Este relato de experiência é fruto das inquietações vivenciadas pela autora, que decidiu compartilhar no trabalho de conclusão de curso as contribuições que a Extensão Universitária PalhaSUS trouxe para a sua formação acadêmica na graduação em Nutrição da Universidade Federal da Paraíba. Este relato é uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa descritiva que objetiva refletir como a inserção na Extensão Universitária em Educação Popular possui o potencial de desenvolver o pensamento crítico em saúde, promover o autocuidado, o despertar da autonomia, sensibilizar e humanizar o futuro profissional de saúde. O Projeto de Extensão Universitária PalhaSUS desenvolve o autocuidado através da palhaçaria, fazendo a conexão da arte e saúde nos mais diversos ambientes, levando aos estudantes dos cursos da UFPB uma reflexão para desenvolver o autocuidado. Dessa forma, ao longo deste texto, estão descritas: a trajetória pessoal e as motivações para escrever este relato; a história do Projeto de Extensão Universitária PalhaSUS; o resgate histórico dos processos de cuidado em saúde; o olhar humanizado em saúde; a Educação Popular em saúde e a relação da nutrição e o cuidado com o outro; além das potencialidades e os desafios encontrados pela autora durante a inserção da Extensão Universitária associada a grade obrigatória do curso. A prática e inserção do futuro profissional de saúde em projetos de Educação Popular em saúde conecta para uma formação com olhar humanizado, despertando a amorosidade, transformando o meio ao qual irá atuar, respeitando sempre a singularidade dos indivíduos, ou seja, as crenças e saberes populares.
Abstract:	This experience report is the result of the anxieties experienced by the author, who decided to share in the course completion work the contributions that the PalhaSUS University Extension brought to her undergraduate training in Nutrition at the Federal University of Paraíba. This report is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to reflect how the insertion in the University Extension in Popular Education has the potential to develop critical thinking in health, to promote self care, to awaken autonomy, to sensitize and humanize the future health professional. The PalhaSUS University Extension Project develops the self-care through the clownwork, making the connection of art and health in the most diverse environments, taking to the students of the UFPB courses a reflection to develop the selfcare. So, throughout this text, are described: the personal trajectory and the motivations to write this story; the history of the PalhaSUS University Extension Project; the historical recovery of health care processes; the humanized look at health; the Popular Education in health and the relationship of nutrition and care with the other; besides the potentialities and challenges encountered by the author during the insertion of the University Extension associated with the obligatory grade of the course. The practice and insertion of the future health professional in projects of Popular Education in health connects to a formation with humanized look, awakening the love, transforming the environment to which it will act, always respecting the singularity of the individuals, that is, the beliefs and knowledge popular.
