Etapas do processo de implantação da gestão documental: estudo de caso da CCGE/UFPB.

Abstract

The deployment of document management processes is a practice neglected under the files of public and private institutions in Brazil. In most cases they reveal themselves as a physical place of "custody or deposit of documents." In order to study the stages of the document management process with a view to proposing a set of administrative actions for the preparation of a document management policy written to the file of the Undergraduate Program Coordination in Economics / CCGE / CCSA / UFPB, we chose by descriptive research that articulates with the procedures of the participant observation and record survey. The results of the analysis revealed the lack of procedures and commodities archives in the study file, such as evaluation and selection of documents, description, indexing (procedures), classification scheme, document temporality table lists transfer / collection / disposal and research instruments (products). It is suggested to be institutionalized one Document Evaluation Committee under the CCSA/UFPB to operationalize the Normative Ruling n. 01/2002 and no. 04/2005 / UFPB and guide the servants of CCGE / CCSA / UFPB in the development process of all stages of the document management process.
