| Resumo: | O trabalho intitulado “A Produção do Conhecimento no PPGSS/UFPB: o estado da arte das Dissertações de Mestrado vinculado à área de Política Social” qualifica-se como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) em nível de bacharelado em Serviço Social e deriva de duas pesquisas em que participei enquanto bolsista PIBIC-CNPq/UFPB na vigência de 2016/2017 e de 2017/2018, desenvolvido no Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Análises de Conjuntura, Políticas Sociais e Serviço Social (GEPACOPS). Esse trabalho monográfico objetiva analisar as Dissertações de Mestrado vinculadas à área de concentração de Política Social, defendidas no PPGSS/UFPB no período de 2010 a 2014. Para tanto, contextualiza-se a análise a partir da crise da sociedade tardo-burguesa – com o intuito de verificar as inflexões dessa crise na produção do conhecimento do Serviço Social, materializada nas referidas Dissertações Em termos metodológicos, caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com a utilização do estado da arte para mapeamento analítico das tendências que tipificam o universo das 53 Dissertações investigadas, com uso de instrumentos e técnicas quantiqualitativas de coleta e de análise dos dados. Adota-se a perspectiva teóricometodológica de cunho dialético materialista marxista, determinado historicamente. O debate em torno do Serviço Social e da Política Social no Brasil ampliou e aprofundou-se consideravelmente ao longo dos anos de 1980 e 1990, consolidando-se no século XXI, e guarda estreita relação políticoeconômica com a alteração no sistema de proteção social no trato das expressões da “questão social”, após o retorno ao Estado Democrático de Direito, abalizado pela Constituição de 1988, e com as mobilizações de segmentos da sociedade civil para alargar e garantir direitos. A partir desse contexto, estabeleceu-se no âmbito da profissão um amplo processo de construção de conhecimentos sobre a Política Social, sendo um dos pilares centrais na consolidação do Serviço Social como produção de conhecimento, reconhecida pelas agências de fomento à pesquisa e à pós-graduação como área das Ciências Sociais Aplicadas. Em torno das 72 Dissertações defendidas entre os anos de 2010 a 2014, no PPGSS/UFPB verificou-se à prevalência significativa da área de concentração Política Social com 74% (53), em comparação a área de Fundamentação Teórico-prática do Serviço Social com 26% (19). Em termos conclusivos, foi possível verificar o crescimento das pesquisas que têm como objeto as Políticas Sociais e suas subáreas; constatou-se o avanço intelectual da área do conhecimento do Serviço Social, e foi possível comprovar a influência do legado da perspectiva da crítica moderna nas Dissertações de Mestrado do PPGSS/UFPB, demonstrando assim que o legado marxista e marxiano ainda são hegemônicos na produção do conhecimento do Serviço Social frente às tênues inflexões pós-modernas, o que confirma a hipótese da pesquisa formulada. |
| Abstract: | The work entitled "The Production of Knowledge in PPGSS / UFPB: the state of the art of Master's Dissertations linked to the area of Social Politic",one qualifiy as a Course Completion Work (CBT) at a baccalaureate level in Social Work and derives from two researches in which I participated as a PIBIC-CNPq / UFPB scholarship holder in the period 2016/2017 and 2017/2018, developed in the Group of Studies and Research in Analysis of Conjuncture, Social Politics and Social Service (GEPACOPS). This monographic work aims to analyze the Master Dissertations related to the area of Social Politics concentration, defended in the PPGSS / UFPB in the period from 2010 to 2014. For this, the analysis is contextualized from the crisis of the late-bourgeois society - with the aim to verify the inflections of this crisis in the production of knowledge of the Social Service, materialized in the aforementioned Dissertations. In methodological terms, it is characterized as a bibliographical and documentary research using the state of the art for analytical mapping of the trends that typify the universe of 53 Dissertations investigated, using instruments and quantitative-qualitative techniques of data collection and analysis. One adopt the theoretical-methodological perspective of Marxist materialist dialectic, determined historically. The debate on Social Welfare and Social Politics in Brazil expanded and deepened considerably throughout the 1980s and 1990s, consolidating itself in the 21st century, and has a close political-economic relationship with the change in the social protection system in dealing with the expressions of the "social question", after the return to the Democratic State of Law, underlined by the 1988 Constitution, and with the mobilization of segments of civil society to broaden and guarantee rights. Apart from that context, a broad process of building knowledge on Social Politic was established within the profession, being one of the central pillars in the consolidation of Social Service as knowledge production, recognized by the agencies promoting research and post- as an area of Applied Social Sciences. Around 72 Dissertations defended between 2010 and 2014, in the PPGSS/UFPB it was verified the significant prevalence of the Social Policy area with 74% (53), in comparison with the Social Work Theory and Practice Rationale 26% (19). In conclusive terms, it was possible to verify the growth of researches that have as object Social Policies and its subareas; it was possible to prove the influence of the legacy from the perspective of modern criticism in the Master's Dissertations of the PPGSS / UFPB, thus demonstrating that the Marxian and Marxian legacy are still hegemonic in the production of the knowledge of the Social Service in the face of the postmodern inflexions, which confirms the hypothesis of the research. |
