Orientações pedagógicas de prevenção e combate ao bullying escolar

Abstract

The present work deals with a study about school bullying, which is one of the problems increasingly perceived within the reality in schools. The general objective of this work is to investigate how the teacher should be trained during the course and within the classroom itself to deal with the students' conflicts, that is, to show the strength that the teacher exercises within the classroom, as much as that who teaches how much he learns, where he can use pedagogical practices to reduce such a frequent problem. With this, one must think of solutions to the problem that can interweave the family and the school, using pedagogical practices that can and should be used as a means of prevention and combat practices that physically and psychologically violate the human person. The educator has a relevant role in the school environment, acting in the act of teaching and resolving conflicts, one of them is bullying. Through awareness-raising methods, it is possible for educators to intervene, aiming at reducing this problem and making the school space a pleasant space in the coexistence between the entire school community. As a methodology, in an interpretative and analytical way of the data collected, it was possible to perceive that there are doubts within the internal environment of the school about what is to be Bullying and how to prevent. The research was carried out to observe people's knowledge about bullying and its consequences, as well as how educators use their methods to prevent existing conflicts. After all investigation, it is proposed ways of preventive action to acts of violence. In effective cases, the fight against violent acts, Pedagogy becomes one of the possible ways to fight conflicts, since education and awareness are part of preparing people for the construction of more harmonious social spaces.
