| Abstract: | The main of this study was a kind of analisys about Quality of Work Life (QWL) with workers of São Luiz polyclinic. The statistics methods were used according the Walton (1973 apud FERNANDES, 1996) model that fill more requeriment compare the Westley (1979) and Davis e Wether. It was made a quiz according the eight dimensions said by Walton (1973 apud FERNANDES, 1996) that allow the researcher to identify the organizational practises that involves QWT and the function of this system through the eyes of employees. In this context, was seen that in spite of the company think perform QWT themselves is not enough, was seen on answers of discuss question that best salaries, security, more perks and career plan are not offered to employees, however many critical contradict with the answers of quiz, where this questions seems to be satisfactory to majority of employees. Suggestion of improvement, like a search and more participation in company activities, and there is not enough space to discuss their problems on job. We concluded that is so important that the company need to be aware and invest in activities about QWT more effectively. |
