Dialogismo em narrativas das comic books.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to analyse the dialogical concept of language theorized by Bakhtin and the Circle from an enunciative-discursive perspective in the discourse of comics. Civil War and Deadpool from Marvel and Justice League from DC Comics are the comic books analysed in this paper. We seek to explore the manifestations of this phenomenon in order to demonstrate the discursive implications that it has on the enunciation. Our aim is also to demonstrate how the dialogism understanding encourages the development of the reading competence in the subject of enunciation as a way of presenting its significant contribution to the study of language through textual/discursive genres, including comic books. The research is of a bibliographic, documentary and interpretative nature, based on Bakhtin's reflections on the notion of language in dialogical perspective, as well as on concepts related to reading from authors such as Koch and Elias (2011a) (2011b), Sales (2014) and Alves (2014). We will analyze these comic books based on the dialogical phenomenon of language, establishing sociodiscursive relations between the speeches that permeate the verbal and nonverbal narratives, punctuating the discursive intentions of the author of the text, as well as the meeting of these intentions with the perspective of the reader. In our analysis, it was noted that the dialogic manifestation has an influence over the very own narrative construction and the characters’ interaction that feature ideological boundaries which are the results of the discursive experiences of the subjects of interaction, constitutive of their respective socio-discursive memory. Finally, we find that dialogism, imbricated in any and every discourse, is a necessary condition for the existence and performance of the enunciations. As well as, the understanding of this phenomenon considerably broadens the critical and interpretative perception of the subject on the meanings attributed to the enunciations and because it was attributed so, in a discursive play in which diverse voices fight, developing, therefore, the reading competence of this subject.
