| Title: | Fotojornalismo paraibano: uma análise de três peças fotográficas premiadas |

| Abstract: | Percebemos que a linguagem visual ganhou força em diferentes espaços, são imagens, gráficos, desenhos e símbolos a todo instante transmitindo informações e levando os veículos de comunicação a se adaptarem associando a linguagem visual à verbal. A intenção desta pesquisa é por em evidência e analisar as relações sígnicas que se fazem presentes em fotos publicadas em jornais, assim como verificar os sentidos que essas fotografias manifestam e o teor estético que elas tratam. Tomando como objeto empírico três registros do fotojornalismo paraibano de acordo com os acervos de Francisco França, Mônica Câmara e Rizemberg Felipe. Além disso, apresenta a teoria da semiótica de Peirce, introduzindo a semiótica social de Kress e van Leeuwen (2000) adotada para a análise de imagens fotográficas. |
| Abstract: | We perceive that visual language has gained strength in different spaces, are images, graphics, drawings and symbols at all times transmitting information and leading the media to adapt by associating visual language with verbal. The intention of this research is to highlight and analyze the signic relationships that are present in photos published in newspapers, as well as to verify the senses that these photographs manifest and the aesthetic content that they treat. Taking as an empirical object three records of the Paraguayan photojournalism according to the collections of Francisco França, Monica Câmara and Rizemberg Felipe. In addition, he presents Peirce's theory of semiotics, introducing the social semiotics of Kress and van Leeuwen (2000) adopted for the analysis of photographic images. |
