Educação do campo: elementos que influenciam na aprendizagem nos anos iniciais

Abstract

This work aimed to analyze the elements that influence learning in rural education in the early years. For the purpose to be achieved, the research was divided into two moments: initially, the so-called bibliographic research was carried out, which aims to put the researcher in front of what has already been produced about his theme. In the present research the theoretical basis was in Arroyo (1999), Daros (2013), Freire (1977), Minayo (2002), Molina (2011), Santos (2014), Souza (2020) and others. On the other hand, an empirical research was carried out with 3 (three) participants, two teachers and one manager, who work in a school in the field of the municipal education network in the district of Jacumã, municipality of Conde / PB. After collection, the data were interpreted and analyzed, with a qualitative approach. The results of this research allowed us to understand the importance of the family's role in the child's school life. I think a result - Teachers resent the family's participation in students' school life. Teachers create strategies for the family to approach the school. Another point found concerns the importance of training in rural education, which may allow teachers to broaden their professional vision, providing support for an education directed to the rural public. Thus, in the light of what was researched, the relationship between family and school is considered of fundamental importance, reaffirming the need to strengthen the link between them so that the child's school life runs satisfactorily. And the importance of specialization in rural education is emphasized for the professionals who work in these schools, so that a pedagogy is brought to the classroom that brings the reality of the subjects to be discussed and discussed. Finally, it is recommended to continue research that investigates the importance of family interaction in the school space and training in rural education for teachers who work there. Only then will it be possible to reduce the negative elements that culminate in children's learning difficulties, and this research will help future professionals who identify and intend to specialize in the field of education or related areas.
