O SOMBRIO E O LUMINOSO EM LILITH: UMA ANÁLISE DA FACE PSICORRELIGIOSA DO ETERNO DIVINO FEMININO EM CAIM, ROMANCE DE JOSÉ SARAMAGO

Abstract

One of the indelible legacies left by psychology was that of not being able to explain the enigmas proper to the feminine being in the face of the primitive times that flooded it. Even though it did not obtain satisfactory and fruitful answers about "the dark feminine power," specifically with regard to the dynamics of the collective unconscious, the theory of Freudian psychoanalysis and Jungian analytic psychology left at least curious and seductive reflections capable of fostering more consistent discoveries about the discourse that woman would be the "not all. In this line of discussion, through the allegorical force that covers the feminine and demonic character of Lilith, present in the narrative of José Saramago, Caim (2009), we will focus on the subjective tessituras that have opened up semblants, symbols and archetypes, from which femininity is broken down, contorted and inscribed. In the midst of the misogyny that still exists for the macho culture, we feel, when reading the history on the allegorical screen of Literature, the terrifying character of the memories that have opened up the striking peculiarities of a protagonism in gestation, almost coadjuvant to the feminine, that, Coupled with the character of the fratricidal Cain, he begins to denounce the struggles and misfortunes that mark the subjectivity of women in lands formerly belonging to the cult of the Great Goddess and, therefore, end up being devastated by the cult of the masculine God built by the patriarchate. In view of this, letting ourselves be guided by the psychoanalytic postulates developed by Freud (1932), Lacan (1973-74), Jung (2000) and Hurwitz (2013), we will construct possible lines of reading that will give clearer contours to the actions of the character shown, in order to concatenate the psychic indexes to the social coordinates, characteristic of the complementary psychological spaces of the body and soul.
