Abstract

Hi, how are you? Please let me know: this research will be developed in the form of a letter, with one letter for each chapter. I think that science needs to be disseminated in language that is accessible to the entire population. In addition, the aesthetic function given to this research also presents itself as a differentiated strategy for academic works. Thus, for some time, researchers have tried to Divulgate Science through different means and in a language that is understandable by students. With that arose, the interest in carrying out this research relating Scientific Divulgation and Scientific Series. Thus, I traveled in several places, in an attempt to achieve the research objectives: - to identify the possibilities of using the Cosmos series in Science Education; - Describe the didactic possibilities of the "Cosmos" series in Science Education; - Assess the potential of the "Cosmos" series as a strategy for scientific divulgation. In order to achieve these objectives, we conducted a qualitative, exploratory research and made use of documentary analysis, in an attempt to find scientific works that addressed Scientific Divulgation and the Cosmos series, establishing some categories of analysis. In this sense, I was able to go through some cumin and register in different letters. I was able to come up with some considerations, as there is a need for more research that addresses Scientific Divulgation and different scientific series. Thus, this work will enable the popularization of Science through Disclosure and influence people (teachers and undergraduate students) to acquire knowledge about science and also realize how much it is present in our surroundings, as long as the focus is on the knowledge scitific.
