| Resumo: | O presente estudo tem por objetivo estudar as propostas do campo da Reforma Urbana, voltadas à política habitacional e as diretrizes do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida (PMCMV), criado em 2009 pelo governo Lula, com o objetivo de reduzir o déficit habitacional. Trazendo um resgate histórico da luta pela Reforma Urbana no país, suas propostas e ações, bem como uma recapitulação da política habitacional no Brasil, com a apresentação do PMCMV em suas duas versões e suas principais criticas. Busca identificar em que medida o PMCMV rompe ou não com as diretrizes da Reforma Urbana, e estruturam suas ações. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to study the proposals of the Urban Reform field, focused on housing policy and guidelines of the My Home My Life (MCMV), created in 2009 by the Lula government, in order to reduce the housing deficit. Bringing a historical fight for Urban Reform in the country, its proposals and actions, and a summary of housing policy in Brazil, with the presentation of MCMV in its two versions and their main criticism. Seeks to identify the extent to which PMCMV breaks or not with the guidelines of the Urban Reform, and structure their actions. |
