| Título: | PERCEPÇÃO DOS DISCENTES ACERCA DO ATENDIMENTO GINECOLÓGICO DURANTE AULAS PRÁTICAS EM UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO |

| Resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os aspectos psicoafetivos que podem estar presentes nas aulas práticas de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório e transversal, com abordagem qualitativa e amostra feita por conveniência a partir dos discentes matriculados no sexto período no curso médico da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, no período 2019.2. Os critérios de inclusão foram todos os estudantes regularmente matriculados nos módulos de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia do 6° período. Os critérios de exclusão corresponderam aos alunos que não estavam presentes no momento da coleta. A coleta foi realizada a partir de grupos focais realizados em cada turma. A discussão no grupo focal teve como pergunta motivadora a seguinte questão: “Como tem sido para vocês a relação médico-paciente e estudante-paciente nas aulas práticas de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia?”. As discussões dos grupos focais foram gravadas, transcritas e submetidas à análise lexicográfica, utilizando o software Iramuteq 0.7 alpha 2. Foram obtidos Segmentos de Texto para comparação entre os diferentes discursos. A partir deles, foi realizada a Classificação Hierárquica Descendente (CHD), a análise fatorial de correspondência, a análise de similitudes e a nuvem de palavras. Foram observadas 7758 ocorrências de palavras, 2 textos que deram origem à 2 Unidades de Contexto Inicial e 210 Unidades de Contexto Elementares. Na CHD, foram obtidas 4 classes, nomeadas como: a aula, ambiente das aulas, empatia do estudante e sentimento do estudante. Observa-se que os estudantes referiram experiências diferentes, com alguns relatando uma boa relação dos professores com os alunos e as pacientes e outros relatando vivências negativas com sentimentos de constrangimento, desconforto e vergonha, pela intimidade da situação e a reação da paciente. Também foi relatado por alguns um sentimento de inferioridade e de não serem priorizados em situações de consultas com a presença de internos e residentes. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to evaluate the psycho-affective aspects that may be present in the practical classes of Gynecology and Obstetrics. This is an exploratory and cross-sectional study, with a qualitative approach, with a sample made for convenience from the students enrolled in the sixth period in the medical course at the Federal University of Paraíba, in the 2019.2 period. Inclusion criteria were all students regularly enrolled in the 6th period Gynecology and Obstetrics modules. The exclusion criteria corresponded to students who were not present at the time of collection. The collection was carried out from focus groups carried out in each class. The discussion in the focus group had as a motivating question the following question: "How has the relationship between doctor-patient and student-patient been in the practical classes of Gynecology and Obstetrics?". The focus group discussions were recorded, transcribed, and submitted to lexicographic analysis, using the software Iramuteq 0.7 alpha 2. Text segments were obtained for comparison between the different speeches. From them, the Descending Hierarchical Clustering (DHC), the factorial correspondence analysis, the similarity analysis and the word cloud were performed. There were 7758 occurrences of words, 2 texts that gave rise to 2 Initial Context Units and 210 Elementary Context Units. In DCH, 4 clusters were obtained, named as: the class, classroom environment, student empathy, and student feeling. It is observed that students reported different experiences, with some reporting a good relationship between teachers and students and patients and others reporting negative experiences with feelings of embarrassment, discomfort and shame, due to the intimacy of the situation and the patient's reaction. It was also reported by some students a feeling of inferiority and not being prioritized in situations of consultation with the presence of interns and residents |
