Avaliação da criança autista na perspectiva psicopedagógica

Abstract

The present work is a qualitative research, developed by the interaction between researchers and members of the investigated situations, seeking to understand how psychopedagogical evaluation is done in the autistic child. The research was developed with three psychopedagogues, all with academic qualification in undergraduate studies in psychopedagogy by the Federal University of Paraíba. Psychopedagogical evaluation is developed with the collaboration of a set of aspects perceived during the collection of information where it is necessary to prioritize the most critical points to make decisions about the educational response and about the progressive changes that should be planned and, therefore, this is The criterion that will guide the collection of information. After collecting information that is considered important for the evaluation, the psychopedagogue will intervene in order to solve learning problems in their proper spaces, since the evaluation aims to reorganize the school and domestic life of the child and, in this focus alone, it should be That the application for evaluation is empty only to justify a process that is uncommitted to the student and to his or her learning. Through the analysis of the answers obtained with the interview script, carried out with psychopedagogues who have a significant time of performance in the psychopedagogical area focused on the work with clinical cases of autism, it was observed that this way occurs to the psychopedagogical evaluation of the autistic child.
