Dificuldades específicas de aprendizagem no ensino da prática contábil.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate, according to the perception of students graduating in Accounting at UFPB, what are the specific learning difficulties in relation to the teaching strategies of disciplines that include accounting practices. In order to reach the intended objective, a descriptive field research with a quantitative and qualitative approach was used, based on previous studies related to the theme. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, sent electronically (via e-mail), applied to students with an active bond in the UFPB Accounting Sciences Course, receiving a total of 69 responses. Through the data obtained, it was possible to perceive that more than half of the sample has specific learning difficulties. Although even with the learning difficulties, they never thought about giving up. In addition, it is observed that there is a need to train teachers, with regard to the teacher-student relationship and the methodologies used, to help students with difficulties. Thus, not only training is needed, but above all, empathy, so that students who have learning difficulties have the conditions and support to overcome them
