O PROBLEMA DAS REDES SOCIAIS NO DISTANCIAMENTO DO EU

Abstract

Considering the theme of social digitalization, this undergraduate project has the title The problem of social media and the distancing of the self. It reaches the general goal to analyze in the light of the client centered therapy (CCT), the phenomenon of self in social media. The text methodology is qualitative, research has been realized in important books from the rogerian approach, referred to some psychology concepts. Along the text, it is contextualized the origin of social media and consequent impacts to human relationship. This way, the scientific research analyzes the therapeutic process as a tool to ease in the resolution of the incongruence of the self. Concluding this article, it is evident the importance of an actual reflection about the harm coming from the exaggerated use of social media.
