A CRISE NO PODER JUDICIÁRIO E SUA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA DA COVID-19: RESOLUÇÕES REGULAMENTÁRIAS DO CONSELHO NACIONAL DE JUSTIÇA NO TRIÊNIO 2020-2022

Abstract

In the light of virtual connectivity and in view of the contemporary scenario affected by mediatization and marked by the sharing of data in real time on the network computer world – the internet and more recently impacted by the grave global health crisis arising from the Covid 19 pandemic, becomes plausible to appreciate the problems surrounding the reconfiguration of thought political, philosophical, sociocultural and, mainly, legal and their authorities in construction of the cybernetic culture of the Brazilian Judiciary. This study has the general objective of analyzing the legal psychologies from the crossing of the Judiciary Power to Digital Justice in the post-pandemic context of Covid-19. Not about the methodology of this study, it is a bibliographical and documentary research, with an approach quality and descriptive nature. As for the procedures, refer to the literature of Law, doctrine and legal documents that deal with the subject. You obtained results proved that the technological revolution of Brazilian society enabled the implementation of a digital justice microsystem to the technological development of jurisdictional provision and virtualization of the process judicial, being regulated by a panel of Regulatory Resolutions edited, in the last three years (2020-2022), by the National Council of Justice in scope of its competence. Being able to conclude that, with the Covid-19 pandemic, the mediatization of the Judiciary has a positive impact on the efficiency of Justice, giving greater speed to the procedural act of the jurisdictional provision, regulating the positivization of technological innovations in the procedural scope of Justice. The advances resulting from the 100% Digital Judgment for the continuities of the digital justice microsystem as a rule, even with the mass vaccination of the Brazilian population against Covid-19.
