A atuação do secretário executivo como empreendedor: desafios e perspectivas

Abstract

The present study deals with the new configuration of the profession of Executive Secretary Bilingual, in which he emphasizes the performance of the same as an entrepreneur. Due to the changes of the modern world there was a great need for this professional to be more dynamic in his duties, to meet the specificities of companies and other institutions. This study aims to analyze how collaborative entrepreneurship occurs in the Entrepreneurial and Collaborative Educational Network (RECOSEC), a project developed by the Federal University of Paraíba in indigenous villages in the city of Marcação-PB. Specifically, we seek to observe records on collaborative entrepreneurship in the RECOSEC Project; To verify how the Executive Secretary performs the entrepreneurial functions; Identify the transformations that have occurred in the organizational sectors with the entrepreneurial activity of the Executive Secretary. Methodologically, we carried out a bibliographic research followed by a scientific investigation, in a qualitative and quantitative way, through a semi-structured questionnaire, with the perspective of having more emphasis on the theme. Among some results, we can highlight the lack of information about the entrepreneurial aspects experienced by the students who participated in the Secretarial Collaborative Entrepreneurial Network (RECOSEC) and the relevant points about the interdisciplinarity between the areas of knowledge that were described by the participants.
