Documentário jornalístico : desafios em estudar longe de casa.

Abstract

This Report of Course Completion Work (TCC) was elaborated from the development of the journalistic documentary, entitled: “Challenges in studying far from home”, which addresses the difficulties that students face when going to live in another city to attend the public university. Five UFPB students were interviewed (among them, one is a former student), who experienced this reality. To carry out the work, the first stage involved the search for a theoretical framework on higher education, challenges for students in public higher education, Federal University of Paraíba and documentary (different types, elements and stages of production). Then, the practical part of preparing the documentary was carried out. The stages of pre-production, production and post-production, which involved everything from planning the agenda, recording, structuring the script and editing are described in this report. The final product was 14 minutes and 33 seconds and can be seen on the YouTube platform, through the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vUnqJMlnrU.
