Contribuições do gênero textual notícia para o ensino de língua portuguesa na EJA

Abstract

The Education of Youth and Adults (EJA) of High School presents several challenges with regard to the process of teaching learning, especially with regard to the practices of reading and writing. Educators need to motivate these students so that they are interested in what is being studied and the insertion of textual genres, such as news, provides a discussion and cognitive analysis of each one. The use of this teaching method presupposes that the student is led to analyze and imagine the whole scenario that this textual genre presents him, in order to make the student reach the end of the process with an opinion formed of everything that was passed on to him and that can express his opinion. The main objective of this study is to propose strategies with the textual genre news that encourage the curiosity and interest of the students who are there, so that during the process they can be aware that they can have an opinion formed about something and have the ability to express it, thus making him a self-critical citizen. In methodological terms, a bibliographic research was carried out in articles that talked about the proposed theme, with a theoretical contribution that priorizassin approaches that discussed the curricular orientations and notions of literacy for this public.
