REFLEXÕES SOBRE O TRABALHO REAL INSCRITO EM RELATÓRIOS DE ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO DA LICENCIATURA LETRAS-INGLÊS-UFPB NA PANDEMIA DE COVID 19

Abstract

This Course Completion Work, guided by the concepts of Labor Sciences (Amigues, 2004; Clot, 2007; Medrado and Reichmann, 2012; Araújo, 2021), seeks to investigate the real work evidenced in five internship reports produced in 2022, during the pandemic, by students of the Literature-English degree at UFPB, during their supervised internships in public high schools in the state of Paraíba, this being their general objective. The study was divided into five stages, the Introduction, Theoretical Foundation, Methodology, Results and Analysis and finally, Final Considerations. The qualitative-interpretative methodology was adopted (Bortoni-Ricardo, 2008, p.135), which says, “qualitative research is constructed based on interpretivism and consists of the analysis of one or more processes, which occur in one or more environment, always taking into account the social actors involved and the way they interpret these processes”. The selection consists of the analysis of twenty fragments, where impediments classified in the constitutive elements of work, by Amigues (2004), tools and intrapersonal factors and socioeconomic factors/infrastructures (adapted from Araújo, 2021) were identified. The analysis highlights the complexity of the teacher's real work, during the pandemic, by revealing the emotional and social issues relating to the lives of academics during this period.
