Diplomática arquivística : revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

The literature considers that the term Archival Diplomacy appears in 1681 in the work of De re diplomatica libri VI and already brought in its semantics to evaluate the authenticity and reliability of the document with which we are dealing. However, it gains new horizons, as a result of the emergence of digital archival documents that grow in all contexts of organizations and people, both in analog and digital media. With the International Research on Permanent Authentic Records in Electronic Systems (InterPARES) project, this theme is growing more vigorously. This fact awakened us to carry out this research in order to answer the following question: How is the scientific literature in the area of archival science reflecting on the theme of archival diplomacy in the last 10 years? To carry out the investigation, the general objective was: To analyze, through the Systematic Review, the way in which the scientific literature in the field of archival science is reflecting on the archival diplomatic theme in the last 10 years. The literature considers that the term Archival Diplomacy appeared in 1681 in the work De re diplomatic libri VI and traces its semantics to validate the authenticity and reliability of the document we are dealing with. Thus, it gains new horizons, as a result of the emergence of digital architectural documents that are growing in all contexts of organizations and people, both in analogue and digital media. As an International Research project on Permanent Authentic Records in Electronic Systems (InterPARES), this topic is growing more firmly. This fact prompted us to carry out this research in order to answer the following question: How has scientific literature in the field of architecture reflected on the topic of architectural diplomacy in the last 10 years? To carry out the research, the general objective is defined as: Analyzing, through the Systematic Review, how the scientific literature in the area of architecture is reflecting on the architectural diplomatic theme in the last 10 years. However, we consider that, in the Brazilian context, although the Archival Diplomatic discipline is not yet included in all Archival Studies courses in Brazil, the results are still positive.
