REFLEXOS SUBJETIVOS E AS TÊNUES FRONTEIRAS DO “EU”: AUTOFICÇÃO E ESCREVIVÊNCIA COMO MOVIMENTOS DE RECONSTRUÇÃO DA MASCULINIDADE NEGRA EM “O AVESSO DA PELE”

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the movements of reconstruction of black male identity in the novel "O Avesso da Pele" through the observation of the presence of literary phenomena of autofiction and escrevivência. In this sense, a bibliographical contextualization was proposed regarding the figure of the black man in Brazilian literature and also in the social body, in order to point out the place of disadvantage occupied by black men inside and outside fiction. Additionally, during this journey, notions such as the importance of black literature and the quilombo as an ideological institution as promoters of self-representation for the identity of the black man will be discussed. Finally, an analysis of the work was carried out in which it was observed how the author inserts himself into the narrative through autofiction with the objective of reconstructing black masculinity and also how this movement of self-writing overflows itself, reaching a collective of voices marked in escrevivência. Thus, for the aims proposed by this work, authors such as De Assis Duarte (2013), Evaristo (2003), Dalcastagné (2008), Hooks (2022), among others, were used as main theoretical references.
