Motivação na Administração Pública: um estudo das publicações dos EnANPAD ́s e EnAPG ́s no período de 2017-2022

Abstract

This study aimed to carry out a survey of works with the central theme "motivation in public administration", published in the Annals of the National Meeting of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (EnANPAD) and in the Meeting of Public Administration and Governance of the ANPAD (EnAPG), between the years 2017 to 2021. To this end, a documentary research, of an exploratory and descriptive nature, was carried out on the institutional page of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (ANPAD), with the search about of the following keywords: motivation, public administration and public sector. It was observed how many articles were published in these meetings in the last five years. The result of the search in the database was 23 (twenty-three) studies that addressed the topic of motivation in public administration and/or the public sector. However, after reading the abstracts and keywords of each of the 23 articles, it was noticed that only 6 (six) actually dealt with the research theme, which is motivation in public administration. This study found that the literature on the theme “Motivation in Public Administration” or “Motivation in the Public Sector” had few publications in EnANPAD's and EnAPG's in the analyzed period, the years 2017 to 2021. It is suggested, as an agenda of research, the survey of the theme in the EnANPAD's and EnAPG's the last 10 years and the study of the publications of the National Meeting of People Management and Labor Relations of ANPAD - EnGPR and in the Meeting of Public Administration of ANPAD - EnAPG.
