Atuação de pedagogos nos cursos de formação e capacitação da Polícia Miliar do Estado da Paraíba

Abstract

This research focuses on the Pedagogue‟s performance in the Military Police Training Course of the State of Paraíba (PMPB), taking two aspects considered important for the realization of this present investigation: the student of the course of Pedagogy and the military police acting in the Center of Education of the PMPB. The objective was to analyze the contribution of the pedagogue with the Coordination of Teaching, Training and Research (CETP) of the Military Police. Based on qualitative-quantitative (GIL, 2002), starts from a bibliographical study, based on the collection of sources and datas from a structured interview, with three pedagogues that work in the CEPM / PB, and in thematic oral history (MEIHY; HOLLAND, 2014). Some results point to the possibilities and limits of the pedagogues, when we verify that although not determining the formations, but guiding and making the interventions, based on the knowledge acquired, of the educational practices in the police training, they manage to develop a work that has satisfactory results in the corporation. Stimulating, in the PMPB, the search for humanistic and technical training. Finally, we can conclude that the pedagogues contribute in the formative processes that the institution promotes in the orientation of the educational practices of the police formation.
