As Relações de Poder em Sala de Aula: Uma análise discursiva sobre a perda da autoridade do sujeitoprofessor nesse espaço

Abstract

Considering the school as place where these power relations become quite evident, we will study how these relationships are established to begin the association established by Foucault between power and knowledge, since the school is an important vector of the consolidation of this relationship. Thus, we studied the structure of the school with disciplinary purposes, we also analyze what are the artifices which the teacher uses while "holding power" in order to remain in that position, the wills of truth of which the subject-teacher resorts to, to make real games that "regulate" the behavior of the individual student, despite the noticeable decrease in the authority of that (subject-teacher) within the classroom, the resistance strategies of which this subject-student relies on when under the power of the teacher, and especially the way the subjectivity of individuals in a subject-teacher and student-subject is currently given in our society. Our study is based theoretically on the Discourse Analysis of French line, specifically the Foucauldian theories involving issues such as subjectivity, discourse, knowledge, power and discipline. To illustrate our work, we used an short story, a cartoon and an article, apart from the analysis of our research corpus - which consists of classes collected at a state school in the city of Campina Grande. At the moment when a speaker utters something, he utters it according to the social space he occupies. This is the social place from where we must consider that the subjects speech comes from. The statement, in turn, is surrounded by many other voices of others who pervades its speech, these voices "represent" the discourses that materialize at the time of its utterance, these discourses are pre-existing and intersect with countless others, building discursive formations.
